What to bring on the plane: Printed copy of your ETA (e-Visa approval), passport valid for 6+ months, Medsovis invitation letter, medical reports, return flight ticket, hotel booking or Medsovis accommodation confirmation, and a valid credit card. Keep digital copies on your phone as backup.
Delhi Airport is Terminal 3 for most international flights. It is one of the most modern airports in Asia. You will see clear signs in English guiding you to Immigration & e-Visa counters.
Look for the counter marked e-Visa or Medical Visa. Present your passport, printed ETA and Medsovis invitation letter. The officer will stamp your passport with the medical visa entry. This usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.
Pick up your luggage from the baggage belt. Walk through the green channel if you have nothing to declare. Exit the terminal at the arrivals gate marked Arrivals (Public Area).
Look for a driver holding a placard with your name and the Medsovis logo. He will be waiting in the arrivals area. An air conditioned car takes you directly to the hospital or hotel. The drive to Gurgaon takes about 25 to 45 minutes depending on traffic.
Your patient care coordinator meets you either at the hospital reception or at your hotel. She will hand you a welcome pack with local SIM card options, currency exchange info and your first appointment schedule. Rest for the night. Your consultation and tests begin the next morning.
